About the Project
The Erasmus Mind Matters project focuses on providing an interactive educational platform for participants and the Erasmus National Agency. Our activities range from educational workshops to online events that promote international collaboration and cultural exchange, all within the context of the Erasmus project.
Digital Book
The main result of the project Mind Matters' students will be an electronic brochure containing 20 working sheets. It will include a set of relaxing techniques, ideas, and methods how to improve the well-being of students and teachers, written in five languages
(Czech, Slovak, Spanish, Italian and English).
