Cultivating Well.Being Across Borders

This Erasmus+ project addresses the urgent need for mental health support in schools while fostering inclusion, nondiscrimination,
and international collaboration. With increasing emotional challenges among students, schools must provide
tools for resilience and self-awareness. Through international cooperation, this project integrates mindfulness, music,
theater, and art to promote student well-being and emotional growth.

Background

The project aims to increase the psychophysical well-being, emotional intelligence and metacognitive abilities of students
and teachers, promote the social skills and abilities of children, increase their level of assertiveness, to support teachers in
the increasingly complex task of training children, in the light of major social and technological change, to foster a climate of
collaboration among all the actors present within the school context.

The IES “Pérez Comendador” is a public institution that offers: ESO, PMAR, and PRAGE. Bachillerato . Basic Vocational Training in Administrative Services 
Intermediate Vocational Training Programs in Nursing Care, Administrative Management, Bakery, and Interior Construction .Higher Vocational Training Programs in Administration and Finance, Clinical Laboratory, Food Quality, Auxiliary Nursing Care, Administrative Management, Bakery, Confectionery and Pastry , and Interior Construction . We offer Bilingual programs (in ESO and Vocational Training). Additionally, we participate in various educational initiatives such as RadioEdu, the Equality Plan, the Peer-to-Peer Plan, Librarium, Rebex, and the Digital Educational Project .We are also part of the Extremadura Library Network. Our school has 600 students, with 432 enrolled in ESO and Bachillerato.

Our school is a union of two schools, the Grammar School of Jan Blahoslav and the Secondary Pedagogical School. There are students between 13-19 at the grammar school and students between 15-19 at the pedagogical school. Those students are supposed to be teachers at kindergartens (their main subjects are pedagogy, art, music, drama and PE), while students from the grammar school attend general educational programmes and continue their studies at universities. There are about 850 students, about 70 teachers and 16 other members of staff. The school provides students with the opportunity to study foreign languages (English, German, French and Russian), andoffers preparatory courses for Cambridge exams and Goethe Zertifikat.The school is also a faculty school of the Pedagogical faculty of Olomouc University.

Istituto d'Istruzione Superiore di Aversa "Leonardo da Vinci"

Our school is located in Aversa founded in 1973, our school began as an Art High School. Since 2013, the school has expanded to include a Scientific High School, located in the nearby town of Trentola Ducenta, with sections for Applied Sciences (IT), Human Sciences, and the Art School which remains the heart of our institute, where art is not merely a subject but a transformative experience—a means of self-expression, empowerment, and a tool for social change. Our school community reflects a diverse socio-cultural background, including a considerable number of non-EU students. This diversity is seen as an asset, fostering cultural exchange, social inclusion, and respect for different identities. . With approximately 1,300 students and 180 teachers, we take pride in our low dropout and absenteeism rates, as well as our zero tolerance for bullying.

Stredná odborná škola pedagogická Prešov

vOur school,located in Prešov, the third biggest town in Slovakia. Secondary Pedagogical School is a vocational school that prepares students for their future careers as kindergarten teachers and educators in school clubs at the primary school level. Our graduates are also well-prepared for their university studies. We are a middle-sized school of 400 students and 40 teachers. Our school provides manual and intellectual skills needed for educational work. Graduates obtain practical and theoretical pedagogical and psychological knowledge, understand pedagogical and psychological diagnostics, are able to solve educational problems, are eligible to do pedagogical documents and obtain skills and knowledge from aesthetical educational subjects (music, art, physical education, language education, creative drama and  methodologies).

Methodology

Innovative methods are needed to find a way to improve the climate at school to help the students and teachers to be
satisfied with their studies or work and life. A number of various interactive activities, events and virtual activities have been prepared. The range of activities offered will enable all participants to be involved and to learn new stress-reducing activities. The project takes advantage of art, music and drama and sport activities.
