The Spanish school will integrate mindfulness workshops alongside with art acyivities, such as visual arts, music therapy, and theatre activities to reduce stress and foster emotional regulation.

These practices will be embedded into both the curriculum and extracurricular activities, offering students creative outlets for self-expression and building emotional resilience.They will help students cope with academic pressures and social challenges
